The Russell Springs Volunteer Fire Department was dispatched to a house fire Tuesday morning, according to Fire Chief Bobby Johnson.
Just before 8 a.m., fire crews responded to a blaze at 709 Bluebird Drive in Russell Springs.
Eleven firefighters arrived on the scene at 8:05 a.m. and stayed until the scene was clear just after 9:30 a.m.
The home was heavily damaged during the fire and the cause of the fire is under investigation.
No injuries were reported.
