Turnout numbers have not been made public yet, but it appears voter turnout in Russell County was somewhere between 43 and 44 percent for the 2022 General Election.
Based off vote totals from races in the election, more than 6,300 Russell County voters casted a ballot in the general election. According to the Kentucky Secretary of State’s Office, there are 14,546 registered voters in Russell County.
These vote totals are considered unofficial until certified by the state board of elections.
