Due to the strong possibility of heavy rains in the area for most of the day Friday, the City of Russell Springs is postponing the dedication of the veterans cemetery until Monday.
The ceremony will now take place at the Russell Springs Cemetery off Lakeway Drive on Monday, Nov. 14 at 2 p.m.
