Sen. Rand Paul will be making a campaign stop in Russell County on Friday.
The senator will be in Jamestown at the Russell County Judicial Center’s first floor district courtroom at noon for a meet and greet with constituents.
Paul, the Republican incumbent, is being challenged by Democrat Charles Booker of Louisville.
