A Russell County grand jury handed down indictments on Tuesday.
Those indicted included the following:
- Angel Little, 31, of Russell Springs, on charges of careless driving, driving under the influence first offense, trafficking in a controlled substance while in possession of a firearm, possession of drug paraphernalia, and other traffic violations.
- Scott R. Swartz, 40, of Michigan, on two charges of theft by unlawful taking $10,000 or more.
- Carlos A. Tarter Jr., 39, of Albany, on charges of fleeing or evading police second degree, giving an officer false identifying information, and wanton endangerment first degree.
- Sarah B. Giles, 42, of Russell Springs, on charges of criminal mischief first degree and being a persistent felony offender.
- Ryan J. Hanyzweski, 44, of Russell Springs, on a charge of receiving stolen property $1,000 or more.
- Jeffrey Wright, 48, of Russell Springs, on a charge of bail jumping first degree.
- Robert A. Tucker, 51, of Lexington, on a charge of flagrant nonsupport.
- Joshua McDonald, 32, of Somerset, on a charge of flagrant nonsupport.
- Jonathan Bailey, 36, of Columbia, on a charge of flagrant nonsupport.
- Brandon Lee, 32, of Corbin, on a charge of flagrant nonsupport.
- Shana Walters, 31, of Louisville, on a charge of flagrant nonsupport.
- Jody Ann Johnson, 31, of Russell Springs, on a charge of flagrant nonsupport.
- Alexandria Tucker, 33, of Louisville, on a charge of flagrant nonsupport.
- Rickey Bartrug, 44, of Russell Springs, on a charge of flagrant nonsupport.
- Michael Nye, 35, of Michigan, on a charge of flagrant nonsupport.
