‘Fall Back’ before going to bed Saturday night

Daylight saving time comes to an end on Sunday, bringing with it an extra hour of sleep.

Daylight saving officially ends at 2 a.m. on November 6th and resumes on Sunday, March 12, 2023.

This means before you go to bed Saturday night, clocks should be set back one hour.

The ending of daylight saving time means that the sun will come up earlier in the morning and the evenings will be darker sooner.

This is also an ideal time to check or change the batteries in all of your smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors.
