Earlier Saturday, the band placed second and with a Distinguished Rating in the state semifinals at Boyle County High School to move on to the finals in Richmond that night.
The Laker band’s final community performance will be tomorrow, November 1st at 6 p.m. at Finley Field. Everyone is welcome to come and watch the final performance of the season.
Prior to the performance, the band boosters are hosting a chili supper fundraiser, beginning at 4:30 p.m. in the high school cafeteria.
This will be the final Laker band performance on Finley Field.
