The Russell County Courthouse will close Friday at noon due to the annual Lakefest celebration in Jamestown.
The courthouse will also be closed for the Independence Day Holiday on Monday, July 4.
Regular business at the courthouse will resume on Tuesday, July 5 at 8 a.m.
Anyone needing to take care of business at the courthouse this week should do so either today or Thursday.
