Mitchell B. Ballenger, 59, of Jamestown, KY passed away Wednesday, June 8th, at his residence.Mitchell was born in Columbia, KY on August 23, 1962, a son of Mary L. McQueary, of Jamestown, KY and the late Barkley R. Ballenger.He served in the U.S. Navy.He was the widower of Betty (Dixon) Ballenger.Mitchell is survived bymother Mary L. McQuearythree daughters, Heather Ross, Felicia Simon, and Lisa Burchettthree sons Mitchell(Breanna) Ballenger,II. Damon Ballenger, and Bryan Lawhorntwo sisters, Cindy(Bobby) Antle, and Melissa BolinHe is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild as well as a nieces, nephews, and friends.He is preceded in death by his father, wife Betty Ballenger and step-sons Mark and Paul Montgomery.Funeral Service will be held 1:00 PM on Tuesday, June 14th at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY with Bro. Sheldon Hale and Bro. Stan Milby officiating.Public Visitation will be held 11:00 AM on Tuesday, June 14th at H. E.
