A Clinton County grand jury has indicted a Clinton County couple in regard to the death of an infant that took place in April.
According to the Clinton County News, Cody Parrigin, age 25, and Haley Harber, 21, were charged in the death with Parrigin facing the most serious charge of reckless homicide.
According to Albany Police Officer Ricky Marcum, Parrigin rolled over onto the infant, causing it to suffocate and law enforcement indicated in the report that narcotics were probably involved.
Harber faces a charge of complicity to commit reckless homicide.
Both Parrigin and Harber are scheduled for arraignment in Clinton Circuit Court on June 9.
