A Russell Springs man was arrested Wednesday afternoon by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office.
Jason Riley, age 35, was arrested and charged with public intoxication of a controlled substance and criminal mischief third degree.
Riley was arrested by Deputy Corey Meyer and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 2 p.m. Wednesday.
