A Russell Springs man has been arrested by Kentucky State Police on a first degree stalking charge, according to jail records.
James Brown, age 18, was taken into custody Thursday on the stalking charge and a charge of violating a Kentucky EPO/DVO.
Brown was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center shortly after noon on Thursday.
Trooper Hunter McQueary was the arresting officer.
