The online portal to request an absentee ballot will open this weekend on Saturday.
Anyone who qualifies and wishes to receive an absentee ballot can visit elect.ky.gov to request their absentee ballot.
Voters can qualify for absentee ballots based on age, illness, disability or temporary residence outside the county or state.
Voters will have the ability to request an absentee ballot through Tuesday, May 3 at 11:59 p.m.
Election Day in Kentucky is Tuesday, May 17.
