A Jamestown man was indicted by an Adair County grand jury this week.
Paul Edward Downs Jr., age 37, was indicted on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, and expired registration plates.
The charges stem from an incident in Adair County in February.
Downs is being held on a $10,000 surety bond according to the indictment.
Indictments are a legal accusation and do not imply guilt or innocence.
