46 new COVID cases were reported in Russell County yesterday.
That follows up a new case count of 38 reported on Tuesday.
The jump has raised the incidence rate in Russell County to the 15th highest in the state.
While the state positivity rate sits at just over 16 percent, the local positivity rate is higher, still over 20 percent.
