A “Meet the Coach” event for new Laker Football Coach Lucas Ford will take place this evening at the Russell County ANC from 4:30 – 5:30 p.m.
Ford takes over for former coach Ryan Richardson, who retired last fall.
Ford, a Somerset High School graduate, has most recently served as an assistant for the Briar Jumpers, but has previous experience as a head coach with McCreary Central High School and Caverna High School.
