A Russell Springs man was arrested on Saturday by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office on a second degree burglary charge as well as tampering with physical evidence and theft by unlawful taking or disposition charges, according to jail records.
David M. Stargle, age 50, of Russell Springs, was taken into custody by Deputy Corey Meyer and was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 5 p.m. Saturday afternoon
