Tonight will be senior night for the Russell County Laker and Lady Laker Basketball programs.
The Lady Lakers will start things off at 6 p.m. when they host the Cumberland County Lady Panthers in a district matchup.
The Lady Lakers will look for their second win over the Lady Panthers, already holding a win from when the two teams went head-to-head in Burkesville back on Jan. 24.
The Lakers will play in the nightcap, looking to avenge the 75-51 loss they suffered last month.
The Lakers have one senior in Maxon Gosser, while the Lady Lakers also have one senior, Sophie Shearer.
Several senior cheerleaders will also be recognized during the ceremony. Ella Robertson, Madison Huff, Mills Clark, Makenna Meeks, Dawson Haydon, Francisco Campos, and Gavin Gossage will be recognized. The cheerleaders will perform their UCA National Routines at 5 p.m. before the girls game.
