Governor Andy Beshear will be in Russell County on Friday, making an appearance at the Lake Cumberland Area Development District Office.
Beshear will be in Russell County to announce funding for Cleaner Water programs in Russell and other nearby counties.
Beshear will make a presentation around 12:30 p.m.
