According to jail records, Timothy McWhorter, age 34, was arrested by Deputy Golden with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office and charged with Assault, 4th Degree (Domestic Violence).
McWhorter was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just before 11:00 last night.
