All those sore muscles, hard sets, and sprints at practice were worth it today. Coach Valerie (Reynolds) and I are blessed to be part of the teams’ lives. They “MADE THEIR MARK” at this meet.
The Lakers Swimmers are in their final stretch before Regional Competition in February. The Lakers are honoring their two seniors (Dawson Haydon, and Morgan Jones) at senior night on Thursday as we host Danville High School, Pulaski County, and Southwestern.
