An Adair County man was arrested locally Saturday evening by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office.
According to jail records, 32-year-old Paul Hadley was arrested and charged with sexual abuse first degree with a victim under 12 years of age.
He was arrested by Deputy Nathan Bradshaw with the Russell County Sheriff’s Office and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 4:30 p.m. Saturday.
