A Russell Springs man was arrested early Sunday morning by Russell Springs Police.
Alex Kemp, age 23, was arrested and charged with assault fourth degree – dating violence and possession of marijuana.
Kemp was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at 12:39 a.m. Sunday.
