Russell Springs Police arrested two individuals early Sunday morning.
Tony E. Huff, age 39, of Liberty was arrested and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place, endangering the welfare of a minor, and failure to use a child restraint device in a vehicle.
Roger E. Harmon, age 38, of Russell Springs was charged with endangering the welfare of a minor, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, failure to use a child restraint device in a vehicle, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
Both were arrested by Officer Debra Necessary of the Russell Springs Police Department and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center around 3 a.m. Sunday.
