Kathryn Faye Carnes, 69, of Jamestown, KY, passed away Friday, November
19th, at her residence.
Kathryn was born in Indianapolis, IN on November 22, 1951, a daughter of
the late Edna (Aynes) and Gordon Acton.
She worked as a nursing assistant at Fair Oaks Health and Rehabilitation
for many years.
Kathryn is survived by
two daughters, Kamie Warriner, of Jamestown, KY;
Edna Spears, of Jamestown, KY;
a son, Douglas Carnes, Jr., of Russell Springs, KY;
a sister, Tammy Jo Phillips, of Indianapolis, IN.
3 grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren as well as other family and friends.
She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Douglas Carnes, 5
brothers Roy Acton, Corkie Acton, Dickie Acton, Jimmy Acton, and Paul
Acton, 1 sister Sherry Dewbrew and a grandson Jacob McGowan.
