A Russell Springs man was arrested early Friday morning on strangulation and assault charges by Russell Springs Police.
Finis Pierce, age 69, was arrested and charged with assault fourth degree and strangulation first degree.
Pierce was arrested by Officer West with the Russell Springs Police Department and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at around 5:45 a.m. Friday.
