A Russell County man was arrested in Adair County late Thursday night.
William Grayson Riggins, age 27, of Russell Springs, was arrested by the Adair County Sheriff’s Office and charged with criminal trespassing first degree and criminal mischief third degree.
Riggins was lodged in the Adair County Detention Center just after 10 p.m.
