The Russell County Laker Football team is off this Friday, but will be back in action next Friday as they host Elizabethtown.
The Lakers hold a record of 2-5 going into the bye week, while the Panthers from Elizabethtown come in at 3-4.
The Lakers will finish their season with a road trip to Allen County – Scottsville and then a home matchup with LaRue County in the final game of the season.
