The Russell County Board of Education will be holding a tax hearing and special-called meeting today at the Russell County ANC in Room 114.
The tax hearing will begin at 4:30 p.m. The proposal is to keep the tax rate unchanged.
A special-called meeting is scheduled for 5 p.m. where the board will vote to adopt the tax rate.
