A former Lindsey Wilson College professor and Russell Springs native will be recognized posthumously at the college’s homecoming celebration this weekend.
Professor of Physics and Physical Sciences Garmoline Carpenter will be named an honorary alumna.
Carpenter passed away in April 2020 at the age of 91.
