A Columbia man was arrested by Russell Springs Police Thursday evening.
Chris Johnson, age 31, was arrested and charged with criminal possession of a forged instrument – second degree – identity theft.
He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at around 5:30 p.m. Thursday.
