The Russell County Sheriff’s Office arrested a Columbia man Wednesday morning.
Jeremy Akers, age 43, was arrested and charged with criminal mischief second degree, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol/controlled substances and failure to maintain insurance.
Akers was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at around 10:15 a.m. Wednesday.
