A Columbia man was arrested by Kentucky State Police in Russell County Thursday evening.
59-year-old Ricky Tabor was charged with leaving the scene of an accident and failure to render aid, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, and possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle.
He was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 7 p.m. Trooper Billy Begley was the arresting officer.
