A Russell Springs man was indicted in Adair County Circuit Court last week.
Adam Lee, age 39, of Shepherd Drive in Russell Springs, was indicted on charges of possession of methamphetamine third or more offense, fleeing or evading police first degree, being a persistent felony offender first degree, wanton endangerment of a police officer, possession of drug paraphernalia, speeding 26 mph or more over the limit, reckless driving, and failure to or improper signal.
Bail was set at $10,000 cash.
