A Russell Springs man was arrested Wednesday evening by Russell Springs Police.
Bailey Sullivan, age 21, was arrested and charged with obstructed vision or windshield, license plate not legible, operating on a suspended or revoked license, display or possession of cancelled or fictitious license, possession of marijuana, driving on a DUI-suspended license, operating a motor vehicle under the influence of a controlled substance third offense, failure to maintain insurance, and no registration receipt.
Sullivan was arrested by officer Hayden Phillips with the Russell Springs Police Department and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at 6:40 p.m.
