A Russell Springs man was arrested Saturday night by Russell Springs Police.
53-year-old Ricky McCloud was arrested and charged with terroristic threatening third degree and alcohol intoxication in a public place.
McCloud was arrested by Officer Hayden Phillips and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center just after 7 p.m.
