Robert Irvine Popplewell, age 59 of Rogersville, Tennessee, formerly of Russell County, passed away on Thursday August 19th. He was the son of Lelia Ann Popplewell of Jamestown and the late Bill Popplewell.
In addition to his mother, he is survived by his wife: Denita Jo Allen Popplewell; two Sons: Korey Allen Popplewell and (Magen) of Ashville, North Caroline, and Kodey Austin Popplewell, of Rogersville, Tennessee, and one sister, Regina Popplewell Roy and (Billy).
Preceding him in death besides his father was a sister, Rita Popplewell Johnson.
Visitation will be held 5:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. Central Time on Monday, August 23rd at Bartle Funeral Home Chapel in Liberty. Funeral Services will be held for Private Family only on Tuesday at Poplar Grove Baptist Church. Rev. Bobby Joe Hancock and Rev. Brent Huggins officiating. Burial will be in the Poplar Grove Cemetery.
