Jamestown Man Arrested on Heroin Charge

A Jamestown man was arrested early Thursday morning on drug charges. According to jail records, Lucas McFarland, age 36, was arrested by Officer Tarter of the Jamestown Police Department. McFarland was charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance 1^st Degree, 1^st Offense (Heroin).

McFarland was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center around 3:20 Thursday morning.
