Columbia man arrested by KSP, lodged in Russell County

A Columbia man was arrested by Kentucky State Police Saturday and charged with possession of methamphetamine.

Jeremy R. Boutwell, age 24, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine.

He was arrested by Trooper Begley with the Kentucky State Police and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at 2:57 p.m.
