Charles Roy Grider, 84, of Jamestown, KY, passed away Saturday, August28th, at his residence.
Charles was born in Jamestown, KY on June 19, 1937, a son of the late Eunice (Dunbar) and Vernon Cyrus Grider.
He was a retired Project Manager at Wolf Creek and Laurel Dams.
He was the husband of Virginia (Booher) Grider, of Jamestown, KY
Charles is survived by
three daughters, Vickie, wife of Phil Grigson, of Paris, KY;
Rhonda, wife of Paul Fister, of Lexington, KY;
Stacey, wife of Scott Wade, of Chuluota, FL;
daughter in law Marketta Grider, of Bowling Green, KY
a sister, Radine Eastham, Dublin, OH
He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, Jordan Grider, Allison(Darel) Parrish, Whitney (Bryon) Ellis, Andrew(Melissa) Grigson, Erin Grigson, Chaz, Blake, and Rachel Fister, Ben Wade and Lauren (Cobie) Fendrich 8 great grandchildren
He is preceded in death by his parents and a son Charles Scott Grider
Graveside Service at Rexroat Cemetery, Jamestown, KY, at 1:00 PM on Thursday, September 2nd, with the family doing the service.
Friends may visit Thursday 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM. at H. E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown, KY
