The Russell Springs Police Department arrested a Columbia man early Wednesday morning on drug charges.
Joshua Burton, age 25, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine second offense and public intoxication of a controlled substance excluding alcohol.
Burton was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center at 4:40 a.m. Wednesday. Officer Debra Necessary was the arresting officer.
