Two Russell Springs men were arrested in Adair County on Monday.
Jason D. Bernard, age 41, was arrested and charged with failure to maintain insurance, no registration receipt, no registration plate, improper display of plates, no license in possession, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a vehicle, failure to pay child support, and contempt of court.
Wallace Johnson was charged with possession of methamphetamine and failure to appear.
Both were lodged in the Adair County Regional Jail just before 3 p.m. Monday.
