A Russell Springs man was arrested Sunday morning by Russell Springs Police.
Paul Mills, 54, was arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia, and possession of a controlled substance second degree (drug unspecified).
Mills was lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
