A Russell County woman was indicted in Adair County last week on a number of charges.
Sherry M. Whittle, aka Sherry Marie Irvin, was indicted by an Adair County grand jury on charges of trafficking in two grams or more of methamphetamine, possession of fentanyl, two counts of possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, prescription substance not in the original container (second or greater offense), possession of marijuana, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, and operators license not in possession.
