The Russell County Lady Laker Softball team fell to Warren East by a score of 6-1 Thursday night.
Natalie Hart and Tarryn Reynolds each pitched three innings for the Lady Lakers, giving up three runs each and striking out one each.
Emma Popplewell drove in the lone run for the Lady Lakers, scoring Katie Owens on a groundout in the final inning.
Popplewell, Owens, and Addy Davis each recorded a hit for the Lady Lakers.
The Lady Lakers finish the regular season 16-11.
