The Russell County High School Lady Laker Softball team returns to the field this week for the first time since May 27, 2019.
The Lady Lakers, led by a five-person senior class, are slated to open their season at home with a matchup against Marion County Tuesday, followed by a road matchup with Campbellsville on Wednesday. The Lady Lakers will finish an action-packed opening week with home matchups against Southwestern and Glasgow on Thursday and Friday, respectively.
Seniors on the Lady Laker Softball team are Natalie Hart, Abby Loy, Katie Owens, Makayla Wilson, and Camryn Woodrum.
