Most of the local power outages have been resolved, according to South Kentucky RECC.
At 11 a.m., the South Kentucky RECC outage center reported that 11 customers were affected by outages in Russell County.
Several outages remain in Clinton, McCreary, Pulaski, and Wayne counties.
