Multiple agencies involved in search warrant that nets four arrests

Four Russell County residents were arrested as part of a search warrant executed by multiple law enforcement agencies early Tuesday morning.

The individuals arrested were:

Philip Sutton, 48, of Jamestown, charged with trafficking in more than two grams of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Kathy Sutton, 56, of Russell Springs, charged with trafficking in more than two grams of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Tiffany Ann Johnson, 31, of Russell Springs, charged with trafficking in more than two grams of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Andrew S. Rhodes, 34, of Russell Springs, charged with trafficking in more than two grams of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

The search warrant was executed on a residence on Walnut Lane in the Pleasant Hill area of Russell County.

Russell Springs Police Officer Hayden Phillips led the investigation and was assisted by multiple deputies within the Russell County Sheriff’s Office including deputies Kenny Perkins, Nathan Ginn, Corey Meyer, and Ron Golden, along with his K-9.

Columbia Police Officer Trevor Foster and his K-9, along with Kentucky State Police Trooper Zack Scott also assisted in the investigation.
