A Jamestown man was arrested on numerous charges Friday afternoon by Kentucky State Police.
Kevin Russell, 43, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident, operating a motor vehicle under the influence, possession of methamphetamine, possession of marijuana, possession of an unspecified drug, wanton endangerment first degree, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Russell was arrested by Trooper Begley from Kentucky State Police and lodged in the Russell County Detention Center.
