Eric L. Kellogg, 52, of Russell Springs, KY passed away Friday, January 1st, at his residence.
Eric was born in Ashbula, OH on March 1, 1968, a son of the late Pauline (Smyrick) and David Kellogg.
Eric is survived by:
Wife Cindy (Burton) Kellogg.
Two daughters, Mary Kellogg, Alexis Kellogg
Son Adam McClean
Two Sisters, Kris Heisoton, Susan Kellogg
Two Brothers, Dan Kellogg, Tim Kellogg
He is preceded in death by his parents, and a brother Lee Kellogg.
Care and Cremation were chosen.
H.E. Pruitt Memory Chapel in Jamestown is in charge of the arrangements.
